Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.
Is drinking alcohol allowed?
Alcohol and Illegal drugs are prohibited in all buses.
How far in advance should I book reservations?
The sooner, the better. We unfortunately cannot guarantee availability for our buses get booked fast.
What do you need in order to book a reservation?
We ask that you email firstname.lastname@example.org all details regarding your request (date of service, pick up location, itinerary, vehicle size, contact name/phone number). Our staff would then put together a contract for you. Once we receive the signed agreement, we would then enter the order(s) for you and send you confirmation.
How should I send back my signed contract?

Is a deposit required?
A deposit of 20% of the total fare is required at the time of booking / Full Payment is required if booking 5 days or less prior to the date of service.
When is the balance for my trip(s) due?
Balance is to be paid no later than 5 days prior to the trip.
Am I responsible for the hotel accommodations for the driver for long distance trips?
Yes, if you are booking a bus long distance where an overnight stay is required, we ask that you set up a hotel room for the driver prior to the day of service.
If I need to make any changes to my order, what is the best way to do it?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org or if you need to make a change that is less than 24 hours prior to the trip, please call our 24 hour dispatch at 312-541-2222
